・Talk to Yusof at Primordia's Biahno Hills.
・Talk to Lara Nara at BLADE Tower in the administrative district.
・Head to the commercial district and search for the Definian.
・Head to the scene of the crime in the central industrial district.
・Head to the small island to the west of New LA.
・Defeat DE913: Dieara in Primordia.
