| ・Talk to Camber at the Hangar in the Administrative District. ・Achieve all objectives: ┗ Get five standard BLADE modules from Fleet Shrads or other in Cauldros. ┗ Gather six Pan-Analysis Chips in Cauldros. ・Talk to Chamber at the Hangar in the Administrative District. ・Talk to Tika at the Outfitters Test Hangar in the Industrial District. ・Achieve all objectives: ┗ Defeat three Canyon Cantors in Sylvanum with the Sparkjet Rifle at night. ┗ Defeat Rodriguez, the Twin-Tusked, in Cauldros with the Sparkjet Rifle. ・Talk to Tika at the Outfitters Test Hangar in the Industrial District. ・Look for eyewitness accounts along the road from the Industrial District, then find the criminal. |

| 1 | ![]() After completing Chapter 9, Weaponized, and have reached Alexa's Affinity requirement (2 hearts), go to the location shown above in the Industrial District (NLA) to start What the Skell?!. ▶ New Los Angeles (NLA) Map Guide |
| 2 | ![]() After accepting What the Skell?!, fast travel to Cauldros using the Sunset Falls Landmark. Then, obtain five standard BLADE modules by defeating the marked Shrads there. After collecting the modules, gather 6 pan-analysis chips in Cauldros as well. ▶ Cauldros Region Map Guide |
| 3 | After gathering all the items needed to progress What the Skell?!, go talk to Chamber at the Hanger in the Administrative District. Then, talk to Tika at the Outfitters Test Hangar in the Industrial District. |
| 4 | ![]() After obtaining the Sparkjet Rifle, equip it right away since you need to use it for the next two objectives of What the Skell?!. |
| 5 | ![]() Fast travel to FN Site 406 and then Change Time to Nighttime. Then, defeat three Canyon Cantors who are located in the marked location shown on the in-game map. We recommend defeating only one of them and then teleporting back to FN Site 406 if you do not want to wake up the Shadow Falsaxum. The Canyon Cantor you defeated will respawn. ▶ FN Site 406 Location |
| 6 | ![]() Next, head to the marked location in-game to fight Rodriguez, the Twin-Tusked. Do note that you still need the Sparkjet Rifle equipped to clear this objective. After defeating the Tyrant, unequip the Sparkjet Rifle and then head back to the Outfitters Test Hangar and return the Sparkjet rifle to Tika. |
| 7 | Finally, head to the Criminal's location under the bridge, south of the Commercial District. Do note that you do not need to locate all the eyewitnesses for Mika to spawn. ▶ Criminal Location |
