Effect If well-positioned at the start of the final straight, her strong willpower to win increases velocity. If positioned near the front, greatly increase velocity instead.

Eternal Encompassing Shine activates right as your Uma is entering the final straight. Being well-positioned means she has to be within 2nd to 5th place. This should be fairly easy to activate since she should be close to the front around this point.

The skill also becomes more powerful if she's close to the leader of the race when the skill activates.
