Is Vodka (An Annoying Supervisor) Good?

Decent Skill Selection

The Vodka Speed SR can provide hints for some useful skills, such as Homestretch Haste and Nimble Navigator, as well as some more specialized skills like Slick Surge and Updrafters.

The only problem with this is that, if you are unlucky, it is possible to get Skill Hints for skills that your trainee cannot use. As such, it is better not to rely heavily on this card for hints.

Okay for Training

Compared to other SR Speed Support Cards, the Vodka Speed SR is okay in terms of training stats. It has decent Friendship and Mood Bonus, as well as some Training Effectiveness and Power Bonus. It also has good Initial Friendship Gauge to make it easier to unlock Friendship Training, as well as some Race and Fan Bonus for more race-oriented Scenarios.

It does, however, have low Specialty Priority, so it is prone to show up in training options other than Speed. Other than that, it is still a decent and serviceable Speed support card, but not one you should go out of your way to roll for.
