Dazzl'n ♪ Diver is as strong as a Rare recovery skill like Swinging Maestro. When learned as a spark, its effect is weakened.

It can be activated with any two mid-race skills, making it easier to activate than Tail Held High. Generally, Corner skills like Corner Adept and Late Surger Corners can be used.
