Seiun Sky's Angling and Scheming is a strong acceleration skill that depends on the user being positioned at 1st place in the late-race or last spurt section of a track to activate.

This means it is most effective with Front Runners; those who can be positioned at the front immediately and are able to maintain a strong lead. Having your Front Runner race with this skill, it becomes much easier to trigger when there are no other competing Front Runners in the race.
