- Smart Falcon, who is A in Dirt aptitude and has it as her goal race in both Classic and Senior Year. She is the easiest Uma for completing this race.
- El Condor Pasa, in Classic Year where Arima Kinen is not yet her goal race (which happens in Senior Year). Raise her B Dirt aptitude to A.
Another suggestion would be Maruzensky in her Senior Year career. However, you will need to invest in a lot of sparks for raising her D Dirt aptitude and B Medium aptitude.
Though Oguri Cap could supposedly compete in this race with B-Dirt and A-Medium, she won't be able to do so in both her career Classic and Senior Years. She will still be able to perform on this race otherwise in other game modes such as Room Match PvP.

El Condor Pasa indeed cannot compete in the race in Senior year, but she can participate in Tokyo Daishoten in Classic Year. Hope this helps!
