Behold Thine Emperor's Divine Might is a strong and straightforward velocity skill that only requires its user to be on a final straight, in the late-race, and 3 overtakes for a chance to activate.

This makes an easy and consistent skill for Late Surgers and End Closers since they will be passing through or around the racers from towards the back in the final straight.
