You can, yeah. Pal cards are extremely strong and using two in Unity Cup is fine. A lot of the global community doesn't seem to understand this, though. If you don't believe me, go check out guides on Youtube or take a look at the decks that the top 100 players use in team trials.

Yo, whoever writing this was high. istg, cuz what do you mean bakushin ssr, biko ssr, satono ssr, and bourbon sr are in the same class as narita brian ssr? Not to mention in the same class as GOLD CITY SSR?? You guys are embarrassing.
Where's Silence Suzuka (SSR/Speed) and Tamamo Cross (SSR/Stamina)?
Tazuna’s strength is that her events and recreation have a lot of heals, mood ups, and negative status removal. She also reduces the energy cost of training. So even though she might not contribute as many stats directly, if you play efficiently you can get more training sessions in a playthrough, which more than makes up for it.

Why is Tazuna card this high??? Its not that good. Especially since it doesn't directly buff any attributes. This is the only site that considers it a top-tier card.
Thank you for your feedback and concern! We have planned now an update within this week to add sections for Support Card suggestions on Distance and Running Style. We will make this with added consideration for Team Trials and the upcoming Champions Meeting.
It would be nice to have a list of the overall best Support card for tracks too (ex : Sprint, Medium etc), to complement the list for race strategy
On this tier-list post, I think it needs an improvement since every support card's skill has its own ability, like different yellow, blue, and red buffs that effects all horse type, position-based (front-runner, pace chaser, late surger & end closer), and track distance (sprint, mile, medium, long). In my opinion, to make it easier for players, the tier list should also be separated based on those focuses. I hope this feedback is understandable for editors.
