I don't understand why this card is only listed as a B tier? Other than the chain events (being a little too energy draining) and the skills all being passive ones, I don't think it deserves this rating. Has high specialty priority, high initial friendship, has mood effect, very high training effectiveness and other cool traits. I recommend to re-evaluate this as at least an A tier, since there are A tier cards that are visibly worse than this one.
