You can find Makarial's Vault Keycard at the Hutt Supply Camp in The Great Basin, Akiva. You can track its location on the map through your Journal after gathering Intel about it, associated with the Myrra Hutt Cartel Vault.
Myrra Hutt Cartel Vault Intel Walkthrough
The Hutt Supply Camp is situated in a restricted area controlled by the Hutts. Even if you achieve an Excellent reputation with them, this area will still remain off-limits.
| 1 | Sneak Into the Hutt Supply Camp |

 Head over to The Great Basin in Akiva and sneak into the Hutt Supply Camp by climbing a cragged rock at its right side. |

| 2 | Take Down Hutt Cartel Members |
 Hide within the tall grass and take down the Hutt Cartel member guarding the entrance.  Make sure not to get caught by the other Hutt Cartel member patrolling the area. Take them down for good measure. |

| 3 | Steal the Vault Keycard |
 Once all of your targets have been taken down, enter the open building and steal Makarial's Vault Keycard on the shelf. |
