1 Talk to the Hutt Thug and Play Sabacc
Star Wars Outlaws Passive Income Thug and Sabacc
Follow the Winning the Deed quest marker, which will lead you to Bestine. Talk to the Hutt Thug and win the Sabacc table.
2 Talk to the Farmer
Star Wars Outlaws Passive Income Resolved
Go back to the farmer in the Great Chott Salt Flat and talk to him. This will resolve the Intel Chain and you can come back to the farm to collect 500 Credits.

How To Collect Credits from the Moisture Farm

Star Wars Outlaws Passive Income Harvest Credits

Talk to the Farmer after travelling somewhere far, like Jabba's Palace, and then come back to the Farmer to collect 500 Credits.

Note that you can only do this twice, and then the Farmer will not spawn anymore.
