Go to the North Jundland Wastes in Tatooine as seen in the image above. Once you get close, there will be a quest marker making you search the area for a well cache. There should be an encampanet there with hostiles that you will have to take out.

Go down the well cache as seen in the image above. The Intel Chain will be resolved once you open the container located inside the cache.

How to Unlock Well Cache Intel

Listen to the Criminals

Head over to Bestine in Tatooine, as seen in the image above. There should be a prompt to listen to the Criminals. After listening in, you will unlock the Well Cache Intel, which will direct you to North Jundland Wastes.
