1 Talk to the Bartender in Domak Refectory
Talk to the Bartender in Domak Refectory
Speak to the Bartender in Domak Refectory in Kijimi to get information about Ank.
3 Go to the Ashiga Clan District
Go to the Ashiga Clan District
Infiltrate the Ashiga Clan district to get information about Ank's whereabouts.
4 Slice a Terminal to Find Ank
Slice a Terminal to Find Ank
Head inside the building with a radar dish on top and use the terminal to access the file directory about Ank.
5 Find A Way Into the Wellspring
Find a Way Into the Wellspring
Head to the Thermal District and use the vent found on the northeastern side to get into the Wellspring.
6 Steal the Relic
Steal the Relic
Steal the control room access card from the guard highlighted in yellow after using Nix. Then, disable the energy barrier from the control room on the second floor of the area.

Take out the remaining guards to secure the Relic. Note that stealth is not required for this objective.
7 Return the Relic to the Queen
Return the Relic to the Queen
Escape from the Wellspring and return the relic to Queen Ashiga to finish The Safecracker.

You can tell the guards of Ashiga Clan District that you have the relic so you can just walk around without worry.

At the end of quest, do note that you will get a significant reputation decrease for the Crimson Dawn since you have to fight a couple of them before leaving the Wellspring. However, you will get a significant reputation increase for the Ashiga Clan.
