Follow the quest marker for Listen Carefully, which should lead you to the droid nearby. Talk to it, then Shoot the droid using your Blaster's stun mode to resolve the Intel.

If you follow the droid back to the Technician and talk to her, you will receive a Fake Krayt Pearl Ring.
