Talk to the Droidsmith

1 Talk to the Droidsmith in Hunter's Canopy
Star Wars Outlaws User Testing Droidsmith
Follow the quest marker for User testing, which will lead you to the Hutt Poaching Station in Hunter's Canopy, Akiva. Talk to the Droidsmith.

She will ask you what difficulty you want for the droid: Easy droid, medium droid, or hard droid. The choice does not matter as long as you are able to take down the droid.
2 Take Down the Droid for Reputation
Star Wars Outlaws User Testing Droid Destroy
After talking to the Droidsmith, the User Testing Intel will already be counted as resolved.

But, if you actually take down the droid and talk to the droidsmith again, you will significantly increase your reputation with the Hutt Cartel.

How to Unlock User Testing Intel

Talk to the Hutt Enforcer in Myrra

You unlock the User Testing Intel by talking to a Hutt Enforcer at the Hutt Cartel District in Myrra, Akiva. After talking to the enforcer, you will be directed to the Hunter's Canopy.
