Enter the Cave Past the Wind Tunnel

Star Wars Outlaws Wind Tunnels Cave

Follow the quest marker for Wind Tunnels, which will lead you to The Lost Steppe. Use the boost on your Speeder, which you unlock by clearing the The Mechanic, to get to the other side of the tunnel.

At the other end of the tunnel, there is a cave on the left. Entering the cave will resolve the Intel. Note that the Intel Resolved prompt will not show, but the Intel will be removed from your Journal.

You unlock the Wind Tunnels Intel by talking to the Windfisher at the Dabah Power Station at the Mirogana Valley, Toshara. After talking to the Windfisher, you will be directed to The Old Steppe.
