Choice Outcome
Keep the Pearl ・You will obtain 2000 Credits after selling the Pearl.
・Increase Ashiga Clan Reputation significantly.
Give the Pearl to Crimson Dawn ・Increase Crimson Dawn Reputation significantly.
・Increase Ashiga Clan Reputation significantly.
・Pearl removed from your inventory
Give the Pearl to the Ashiga Clan ・Increase Ashiga Clan Reputation significantly.
・Pearl removed from your inventory

This choice occurs at the end of the syndicate quest, The Broker. After Kay's bribery choice with the Imperial Officer, Danka tells Kay to meet her in Mirogana, and then the choice is prompted.

Keeping the Pearl will give Kay 2000 Credits and significantly increase Ashiga Clan Reputation. Giving it to Crimson Dawn will significantly increase your Reputation for both factions, while giving it to the Ashiga Clan will only significantly increase your Reputation with them.

It Depends On if You Need Credits or Reputation

Star Wars Outlaws Keep or Give the Pearl

If you need Credits, keeping the Pearl will give you 2000 Credits after selling it. Keeping it also increases your Ashiga Clan Reputation significantly.

If you want to increase your Reputation, it is better to give it to the Crimson Dawn as doing this well increase your Reputation for both Crimson Dawn and the Ashiga Clan.
