You can find Makarial's Vault Keycard at the Hutt Poaching Outpost in Akiva. You can track its location on the map through your Journal after gathering Intel about it, associated with the Myrra Hutt Cartel Vault.
Myrra Hutt Cartel Vault Intel Walkthrough
The Hutt Poaching Outpost is situated in a restricted area controlled by the Hutts. Even if you achieve an Excellent reputation with them, this area will still remain off-limits.
| 1 | Sneak Into the Hutt Supply Camp |
|---|---|
 Head over to The Great Basin in Akiva and sneak into the Hutt Supply Camp by climbing a cragged rock at its right side. |

| 2 | Hide in the Tall Grass |
 Hide within the tall grass and sneak behind the patrolling Hutt Cartel member and their Massiff. Continue moving forward while staying concealed in the grass. |
|
| 3 | Sneak Through and Climb Up |
 Sneak past the droid patrolling the area and proceed left to climb up the cragged rock. It will not be wise to take the droid down as they are within view of another Hutt Cartel member. |

| 4 | Take Down Guards and Lockpick Door |
 There are a total of four Hutts guarding the door. You may choose to sneak past them or shoot them down, although the latter will result in a decrease in reputation with the Hutt Cartel. Afterwards, you may Lockpick your way through the door. |

| 5 | Disable the Red Barrier |
 Command Nix to hold down the shutters to an energy core and shoot it with your Ion Blaster to disable the red barrier barring you from the stash. |
|
| 6 | Steal the Vault Keycard |
 You will find Surat's Vault Keycard on top of a table to the left, along with other items you may steal. |
