Belts fall under Waist Gear, and are one of the five types of gear that Kay can equip to enhance her capabilities. Belts can provide bonuses like health restoration on takedown, or increased Grenade carrying capacity.
Belts can also be equipped in conjunction with the correct Chest and Legs gear to activate a Gear Set Bonus, which will provide Kay with even more benefits.
