Press Dart for Info Dart tells you that his interest is in protecting the Cargo.

This choice occurs at the start of the syndicate quest, Passenger. Note that initially, the quest is called Crimson Dawn Opportunity, it will transition into Passenger after the cutscene and the choice you make with Dart Subterra.

Do note that you need a good reputation With the Crimson Dawn to Press Dart for Info.
