1 Talk to the Miner in Jabba's Palace
Star Wars Outlwas Translation Services Miner Talk
Go to Jabba's Palace and talk to the Miner, as seen in the image above. You will be given a choice to make a modest offer or negotiate a high price.

Be sure to make a modest offer as you will be able to sell the Smuggler's Bantha at 500 Credits as opposed to 250 Credits.
2 Go Back to the Smuggler and Talk to Him
Star Wars Outlwas Translation Services Resolved
Go back to Chalmun's Cantina in Mos Eisley and talk to the Smuggler to resolve the Intel Chain.

You unlock the Translation Services Intel by talking to the Smuggler at Chalmun's Cantina in Mos Eisley, Tatooine. After talking to the Smuggler, you will be directed to Jabba's Palace.

Make sure to ask the Smuggler for twenty percent, as you will be rewarded 25 Credits more.
