Learn the Plan B Expert Ability

To unlock Heavy Plasma configuration, you need to unlock Plan B from the High Roller list of abilities.

You can unlock the High Roller by talking to the bartender during The Droidsmith Main Quest.

Upgrade Effect Material Required
Super Cooling Image Super Cooling Adds a new window of opportunity during cooling that, when properly timed, Supercools the blaster, temporarily preventing heat buildup. ・Blaster Recirculator: x1
・Polycarbonate: x10
・Actuating Module: x4
Rate of Fire Image Rate of Fire Reduces the time between shots. ・Blaster Recirculator: x1
・Transparisteel: x15
・Cryo-coil: x7
Damage Image Damage Increases the damage dealt with each fired shot. ・Slivian Iron: x20
・Ray Accelerator: x10
・Actuating Diffuser Module: x1
