This choice occurs at the end of the Intel Chain, On the Run, the Jinnjo's Betrayal or Jinnjo's Ready sub-objective, depending on which choice you made. The choice is prompted after the cook exposes Jinnjo when you ask him for a Paddy Frog on Fompa Bread.
Going back to Jinnjo will earn you 150 Credits while warning Gorak will slightly increase your reputation with the Pyke Syndicate.
It is better to Warn Gorak as you will slightly increase your reputation with the Pyke Syndicate.
The Pykes have better Maximum Reputation rewards, as their Faction Gear is the Imperial Disguise set, which will allow you to walk through Imperial restricted zones undetected.
