You need to complete the Expert Intel first to locate The Mechanic and start the Expert Quest. The Expert Intel will be added to your Journal and Map after clearing the main quest, New Tricks.
To start progressing The Speeder Mechanic, proceed to Jaunta's Hope in Toshara. Then, visit Daruda Diner, the location marked above!

| 1 | Go to Daruda Diner in Jaunta's Hope |

 To start the Expert Intel, The Speeder Mechanic, go to Daruda Diner in Jaunta's Hope, Toshara. |

| 2 | Talk to the Bartender |
 After entering the Daruda Diner, talk to the Bartender to learn more about the Expert who can modify Kay Vess' Speeder. |
|
| 3 | Go to Kadùa Village in Mirogana Valley |
 After talking to the Bartender, go to the marked location above in Mirogana Valley using your Speeder. You can fast travel to Mirogana to reach the area much faster. |
|
| 4 | Talk to the Merchant in Kadùa Village |
 Once you reach Kadùa Village, talk to the Merchant located around the borders of the marked area in-game. The Merchant will give you leads to Selo Rovak's location. |
|
| 5 | Go to Selo's Shop in The Mirage |
 The last part of the Expert Intel requires you to go to Selo's Shop in The Mirage. Fast Travel to Jaunta's Hope to reach the marked area in-game much faster. Then, talk to Selo Rovak to end the Expert Intel and unlock the Expert Quest, The Mechanic. |

| 1 | Break Into the Wind Facility |
|---|---|
 Get on your Speeder and follow the quest marker for The Mechanic. Head into the Boulder Forest in Toshara to break into the Wind Facility. |
|
| 2 | Find an Atmospheric Accelerator |
 After breaking into the Wind Facility, follow the quest marker and platform your way to the atmospheric accelerator. |
|
| 3 | Leave the Facility and Return to Selo |
 Once you obtain the atmospheric accelerator, get on your Speeder, go back to Selo, and talk to her. |
