Talk to the Thug

You unlock the Corrupt Officer Intel by talking to the Thug by a wall outside of Docking Bay 94 in Mos Eisley, Tatooine. After talking to the Thug, you will be directed to Scavenger's Draw.

Make sure to negotiate with the Thug if you have a high enough reputation with the Hutt Cartel, as you will only pay 75 Credits for the information.
