Lockpicking Image Lockpicking The Bartender Kay will be able to open a variety of Doors and Containers by succeeding at the Lockpicking Minigame. Press R3 when facing a lock to start Lockpicking.
Cantina Brawling Image Cantina Brawling The Bartender Allows Kay to execute melee attacks by pressing square, L3 + square. Press repeatedly to chain hits.
I Know Someone Image I Know Someone The Bartender Unlocks the ability to see and fulfill Personal Requests. Find merchants with the Requests category to find new opportunities.
Armored Undershirt Image Armored Undershirt The Bartender Increases Kay's maximum health.
Keep Talking Image Keep Talking The Bartender Allows Fast-Talk to affect every nearby enemy. Press right trigger when prompted to briefly distract every enemy within a medium radius.
Fast Talk Image Fast Talk The Bartender Allows Kay to quickly react to nearby alerted enemies and delay their reaction. Press R3 when prompted to briefly distract the alerted enemy.
Outlaw Outlaw's Pouch The Mechanic Increases the amount of Bacta Vials and Grenades Kay can carry by 1 each.
Scoundrel Scoundrel's Pouch The Mechanic Increases the amount of Bacta Vials and Grenades Kay can carry by 1 each.
Smoke Bomb Image Smoke Bomb The Mechanic Press left and square to create a dense smoke area which obfuscates vision.
Treasure Hunter Image Treasure Hunter The Mechanic Allows Nix to provide audiovisual cues when nearby Containers are present. Additionally, Containers in range will now be highlighted by pressing up.
Speeder Jump Image Speeder Jump The Mechanic Allows Kay to perform a short upwards jump with the speeder. Hold and release X while on the speeder to jump.
Speed Boost Image Speed Boost The Mechanic Enhances the Speeder with a boost engine. Press square while on the speeder for a short-lived burst of speed.
Slicing Kit Image Slicing Kit The Slicer Gadget able to connect to advanced, terminal-less devices. Interact with a device by pressing L3 to Slice it.
Sneak Shot Image Sneak Shot The Slicer Shooting an enemy unaware of Kay's position deals extra damage.
Concussive Smoke Image Concussive Smoke The Slicer Upgrades the smoke bomb with a concussion effect that leaves enemies in the area Staggered for 2 seconds.
Sneaky Trap Image Sneaky Trap The Slicer Allows Nix to trap Alarm Panels.
Lightfooted Image Lightfooted The Slicer Reduces the noise Kay makes while Walking and Sprinting, halving the enemy detection distance.
Slice Kit Upgrade (The Slicer) Image Slice Kit Upgrade (The Slicer) The Slicer Increases the amount of Energy for the Slicing Kit by 2. Use Energy to activate Jokers during the slicing process.
Survivor Image Survivor The Scavenger Increases Kay's maximum health.
Hydrorepulsor Image Hydrorepulsor The Scavenger Allows the Speeder to soar over water, enhancing its traversal capabilities.
Electro-Shock Prod Image Electro-Shock Prod The Scavenger Allows Kay to perform Takedowns on Elite enemies.
Ion Smoke Bomb Image Ion Smoke Bomb The Scavenger In addition to its base effect, Smoke Bombs now deal ion damage, which temporarily disables devices and disrupts droids in the affected area. Press left and square to use the Smoke Bomb.
Assisted Scavenging Image Assisted Scavenging The Scavenger Allows Nix to go the extra mile when searching in containers, occassionally granting extra materials and valuables.
Scavenger Scavenger's Footwear The Scavenger Increases Kay's movement speed while crouching by a Medium amount.
Slice Kit Upgrade (The Veteran) Image Slice Kit Upgrade (The Veteran) The Veteran Increases the amount of Energy for the Slicing Kit by 2. Use Energy to activate Jokers during the slicing process.
Nix Commando Image Nix Commando The Veteran After performing a Nix Attack command, Nix will be able to autonomously execute a second attack on another nearby enemy.
Overcome Image Overcome The Veteran After suffering Explosive damage, immediately start regenerating at an increased speed.
Adapt Image Adapt The Veteran Increases the amount of health instantly recovered by Bacta Vials by 1, without affecting the over time regeneration. Press down to heal.
Decryption Module Image Decryption Module The Veteran Allows Kay to decrypt previously encrypted Separatist Datadiscs, which could reveal some useful information.
Improvise Image Improvise The Veteran Increases Kay's maximum health.
Top Roll Maneuver Image Top Roll Maneuver The Mercenary Hold L1 +R1 to execute a 360 degrees top roll maneuver that will position the Trailblazer behind the immediate pursuers.
Loop Maneuver Image Loop Maneuver The Mercenary Tap L1 + R1 to execute a 180 degrees turn that will quickly turn the Trailblazer into the opposite direction.
Sharpshooting Image Sharpshooting The Mercenary Increases the Adrenaline generated by Headshots by a high amount.
Feelers Out Image Feelers Out The Mercenary Doubles the distance at which Nix will be able to detect and highlight enemies via the Nix Sense mechanic. Press up to use Nix Sense.
I Like This Thing Image I Like This Thing The Mercenary Increases the amount of Pickup Weapon Ammunition by 25%.
Can I Try That? Image Can I Try That? The Mercenary Allows Kay to use a broader range of Pick-up weapons by learning how to use High Tier Imperial Weaponry. Press R3 to pick up Weapons.
The More Image The More The Gunslinger Allows Kay to mark 1 extra target during Adrenaline Rush. Press R1 during Adrenaline Rush to mark enemies.
The Better Image The Better The Gunslinger Allows Kay to mark tougher enemies twice during Adrenaline Rush, which leads to an instant kill instead of a staggering effect.
Resilient Image Resilient The Gunslinger Increases Kay's maximum health.
Speeder Shot Image Speeder Shot The Gunslinger Adrenaline Rush can now be used more effectively from the speeder, allowing automatic targeting of nearby enemy speeders while on the drive. Press R1 during Adrenaline Rush to tag enemies.
Powered Recharge Image Powered Recharge The Gunslinger Provides a small amount of Adrenaline when a Perfect Cooling is achieved. Requires Perfect Cooling.
Adrenaline Rush Mastery Image Adrenaline Rush Mastery The Gunslinger Upgrades Adrenaline Rush, increasing the maximum number of targets by 2 as well as enabling marking objects such as explosive barrels. Press R1 during Adrenaline Rush to mark enemies and objects.
Laser Turret Image Laser Turret The Hotfixer The Trailblazer's turret slot is repaired, allowing the usage of the upgradeable Laser Turret, and allowing for other turret types to be installed.
Improved Grenade Image Improved Grenade The Hotfixer Increases the radius and damage dealt with Grenades by 50% each.
Enhanced Bacta Injector Image Enhanced Bacta Injector The Hotfixer Increases the amount of health instantly recovered by Bacta Vials by 1, without affecting the over time regeneration. Press down to heal.
Magnetic Dice Image Magnetic Dice The Hotfixer Allows Kay to tip the odds in her favor when throwing the Dice at Sabacc. Accept the prompt during the Dice Throwing Phase to cheat.
Cheeky Explosion Image Cheeky Explosion The Hotfixer Nix will now be able to trigger Grenades. Select an enemy who is carrying a Grenade to trigger it.
M M'gasha The Hotfixer Decreases merchant prices and increases the amount of credits received for selling items by 10% each.
Plan A Image Plan A The High Roller Allows Kay to perform a Double Draw at Kessel Sabacc. Accept the prompt during the draw phase to start the cheat.
Plan B Image Plan B The High Roller Provides the components needed to craft the Heavy Blaster Module. Visit the Workbench to craft and upgrade modules.
Roll Maneuver Image Roll Maneuver The High Roller Enables a strafing Dodge Roll maneuver that will dodge longer distances and avoid damage for a short duration. Hold L1 or R1 to Dodge Roll.
Shoot First Image Shoot First The High Roller The opening blaster shot from an out of combat state will cause a large burst of extra damage.
Ask Later Image Ask Later The High Roller For a brief period after un-holstering, any shot or near-miss from Hip Fire Mode will grant a small amount of Adrenaline.
Just Improvise Image Just Improvise The High Roller After a Fast-Talk or Arrest sequence, instantly provide a Very High amount of Adrenaline.

Based off pre-release footage, only the abilities learned from the Bartender and Hotfixer are known. No information has been revealed yet on abilities learned from other Experts like the Mechanic, the Scavenger, the Slicer, or the Gunslinger.

Star Wars Outlaws - Abilities Screen Experts Preview

Players can take Kay Vess to different Experts, who will teach her skills from their field of expertise once she completes a task for them. These abilities range from improving on Kay's combat, to allowing her to lockpick.

Players will have to search for and find these Experts, as they are scattered across the maps and planets of the galaxy.
