Before you unlock Passenger, finish the Crimson Dawn Opportunity unlocked after progressing The Safecracker and meeting Krisk for the first time.
To clear the Opportunity Quest, talk to Dart Subterra in the Ridge Terrace in Kijimi. He will give the syndicate quest and you will be given the choice to accept it blindly or press him for more information.
Accept Blindly or Press Dart for Info?
| 1 | Reach the Pyke Ship |
|---|---|
 Go to the Kijimi Spaceport and take your Trailblazer into the Kijimi Orbit. Follow the quest markers until you eventually reach the Pyke Ship. |

| 2 | Chase the Pirate Ship |
 A pirate ship carrying an escape pod will emerge from the Pyke Ship. Chase it down until it jumps into Hyperspace. The passenger in the pod will direct you to the Achra Station in the Akiva Orbit. |
|
| 3 | Find the Crimson Dawn Agent |
 Once you reach the Achra Station, follow the quest marker to find the Crimson Dawn Agent. Interact with the door to progress the syndicate quest. |

| 4 | Find Procyon Wy in Achra Station |
 Enter Red Door 1, then go through the market area until you see Red Door 2 to your right. Swing left immediately after entering the door, and you will see Procyon Wy talking to Soren on a holo. Listen to their conversation by sitting down on a chair to Procyon Wy's left. After listening to the conversation, get Nix to steal the keycard from Procyon Wy. |

| 5 | Release Jadd Flaxum |
 Go back to Jadd Flaxum and then get him out of his cell. During the cutscene, a choice will have to be made: Let Jadd keep the list or take the Pyke informant list. |

| 6 | Defeat Procyon Wy |
 Once in the Akiva Orbit, Procyon Wy will try to take you down regardless of your previous choice. Deafeat her and that will mark the end of the Passenger quest. | |
It is better to take the Pyke Informant List to significantly increase your Reputation with the Pyke Syndicate. You will also get 1000 more Credits compared to the other choice.
Also, the Pykes have a better maximum reputation reward compared to the Crimson Dawn since the Pyke's Imperial Disguise set allows you to enter Imperial restricted zones undected.
