Sneak into the building inside the Pyke Poaching Station in Toshara and locate the keycard on the last desk in the right corner of the office room.

This Keycard is located inside the Pyke Syndicate Workshop in Toshara. Stealthily work your way into the facility and pick up the keycard on top of some containers.

Head over to the Pyke Syndicate Stockroom at the Lost Steppes in Toshara. You may choose to work your way inside stealthily or take out all of the Pyke Syndicate members stationed outside. The Keycard will be on top of the table inside the stockroom.

Head to the Pyke District in Mirogana. You may waltz right by if you have a Good or higher reputation with them. Otherwise, you will have to sneak in through the hidden entrance in the Market Disctrict.

head straight from the entrance and turn right on the alleyway adjacent to the staircase. Enter the vent to the right.
