The Tailor can be found at Mirogana Market in Mirogana. You can check his request list to find out which Nix Treasure he requires in exchange for Nix Accessories.
Nix Treasures can be found in the open world and are used to exchange for Nix Accessories from Tailor requests. There are only 15 Nix Treasures available in the game, so hunt them and exchange them for accessories to make Nix happy!
