Nix accessories can be obtained in multiple ways, from chests, vendor requests, and even after hitting max reputation with a faction!

You can obtain these accessories for Nix by claiming them in the Delivery Crate in the Trailblazer after purchasing the corresponding Bonus content!
As you journey throughout the galaxy, you can come across Nix Treasures that you can trade for accessories for Nix. Collect them and trade them to vendors to unlock a new look for Nix!
Each faction has unique cosmetic items for both Kay and Nix up for grabs.
If a particular faction's fashion strikes your fancy, don't hesitate to raise your reputation to equip Nix with your faction's colors!

You can change Nix's equipped accessories by going to the loadout menu. and selecting the item slot beside Nix.
Like Kay, you can equip cosmetic items to change Nix's appearance. Nix accessories do not give stat bonuses to either Kay or Nix, however.
