Among all 36 available Jet's Journals, there are 8 Journals entitled Jet Kordo's Legacy which can only be collected once the Jet Kordo's Legacy side quest is active.
This side quest can be accepted by interacting with the Holotracker on the Trailblazer's blaster workbench after unlocking the main quest, Hyperspace.
