Players who pre-ordered the Gold ($109.99) and Ultimate ($129.99) editions of Star Wars Outlaws will have early access to the game starting on August 27, 2024. The early access of the game is expected to launch by 12 AM local time.
Players who are also subscribed to Ubisoft+ Premium ($17.99/month) will have early access to Star Wars Outlaws on August 27. The subscription to the Ubisoft+ Premium grants players a copy of the Ultimate Edition of the game, granting the exclusive Digital Artbook and cosmetics that come with the Ultimate edition.
Star Wars Outlaws launched at local midnight time.
With a local midnight release, players with accounts in regions at the top of the following list can play the game earlier than accounts in regions at the bottom because of the difference in time zones in each region.

Note that in the United States, games launch at midnight Eastern Time for the country as a whole, meaning Star Wars Outlaws launches at 12 midnight EDT in the US.

Subscribing to Ubisoft+ Premium grants you an Ultimate Edition of Star Wars Outlaws. This means that you'll get early access to the game for as low as $17.99/month.
The only downside of using the Ubisoft+ subscription is that you technically won't own the game. Once your subscription expires, you'll lose access to Star Wars Outlaws and other games listed in Ubisoft+.
You can get early access to Star Wars Outlaws by pre-ordering Gold or Ultimate editions of the game. Along with early access to the game, players will also have access to various cosmetic items and the season pass.
Keep in mind that pre-ordering the Standard edition will not grant early access to the game. Players who pre-ordered the Standard edition will have to wait for the main launch of the game on August 30, 2024.
Preload the game to play as soon as it releases. The preload feature is not confirmed as of the moment, but Star Wars Outlaws is expected to have the preload feature similar to past Ubisoft titles.
