Route: Stays inside the Cantina, typically walks on the right side from the hallway entrance to the high-roller area, and can be seen walking around the bar.
Domak Refectory
(Kijimi)
Domak Refectory Customer
Route: Spawns after several fast travel attempts, but when present, walks around the Cantina from the entrance and stations themself by a wall.
The Alcazar
(Myrra)
The Alcazar Customer
Route: Walks around the bar and heads toward the entrance, but does not exit the Cantina.
Chalmun's Cantina
(Mos Eisley)
Chalmun
Route: Sometimes exits the Cantina, but comes back and usually stays at the far corners. Make sure to pickpocket them inside the Cantina.

Every Cantina across the galaxy only has one designated customer to pickpocket from, and they remain mobile most of the time. If you happen to enter a Cantina but do not see a pickpocketable customer, fast travel to the Cantina's fast travel point and re-enter the establishment until they appear.

Command Nix to steal from a patron at all of the 4 planet's major city Cantinas by holding the LB or L1 Button on your controller (Q Key on Pc) and confirm the Steal prompt on a customer highlighted in blue.

Cantinas are social hubs, often bars or taverns, where different species from all walks of life gather. They are found on various planets across the galaxy, serving as places to relax, gather intel, and sometimes engage in illicit activities.

The most notable one of all is Chalmun's Cantina on Tatooine, as it's home to a myriad of iconic scenes in the series, but the most notable one to appear as an easter egg in Star Wars Outlaws is the booth where Greedo shoots Han Solo.
