Ask Around For Yorn's Location

1 Talk to the NPCs in Wonto and in the Bazaar
Star Wars Outlaws Missing Brother NPCs
Go to the Wonto District and talk to the NPC who is by a bar shown in the image above. She will direct you to the Gambling Parlor in the Bazaar.

Head on over to the Bazaar and talk to the other NPC, who is also by a bar, as seen in the image above. He will direct you to Yorn's camp in a canyon near Mos Algo.
2 Go to the Desert Hideout
Star Wars Outlaws Missing Brother Resolved
Follow the quest marker to the North Jundland Wastes, and you should be able to find Yorn. The Intel Chain will be resolved after you talk to him and the hired gun starts blasting.
