You can resolve the Drop-Off Point Intel by going to the South Jundland Wastes and opening the Smuggler Cache 47 near a cliff, as seen in the image above. From the Daroona House, head west and towards the left of two white poles.

You can unlock the Drop-Off Point Intel by reading a datapad inside the Wayfar Stash where you find Bulu’s Stash in the Great Chott Salt Flat, Tatooine. You need the Wayfar Stash Keycard to open the door.

While the screenshot of the final location is correct, it's not clear how to get there. Go to the Daroona House waypoint nearby and head NW then west... do not follow the road from the house. This will lead you past some dewbacks and towards two vertical white poles. Once you reach the leftmost pole, follow the left path around the rocks to the final destination crate.
