Here is a guide on the Wanted System in Star Wars Outlaws. See how the Wanted System works in the game and how to remove it in this guide!
List of Contents
When your wanted level gets too high and you want to take the heat off of you, simply stay out of sight and off the roads away from Stormtroopers. You can use your bike to easily get away.
You can also look for a corrupt officer and bribe them to remove your wanted status. This might cost you credits, so use this option when you have the money to spare.
When you reach Wanted Level 6 and you want to instantly remove it, look for the Death Trooper camps that will appear at this level.
Defeat Death Troopers that are nearby to acquire a keycard. This keycard can then be used to access a terminal inside the camp to remove your wanted status. Remember that you need to be out of combat to use the terminal.
You can carry your Wanted status when you get out to space. Removing this will also require you to use a satellite communication device, which, again, can only be done as long as you are out of combat.
As long as you're not on the highest wanted level, you can hyperspace jump away to get rid of your wanted level.
You'll be in wanted status when you engage Empire Stormtroopers and let them call for reinforcements on you. This happens when you try to kill any troopers that are within your sight.
Being on enough Wanted levels will spawn more stormtroopers. They will then open road blocks to catch you or ruthlessly chase you down, trying to arrest or neutralize you.
Keep in mind that if you kill all stormtroopers without them calling for reinforcements, you will not be on a wanted status.
At Wanted Level 6, a "Manhunt Launched" notification will be shown. This will indicate that Death Troopers have shown up. Their camps will appear in the overworld, which you can either sneakily raid or aggressively destroy.
Leaving a planet using your ship will not remove your wanted status. The Empire will make sure you get taken down and will send Imperial Cruisers to chase you.
