You can find Theumati's Vault Keycard at the Akiva Pyke Crystal Mine. You can track its location on the map through your Journal after gathering Intel about it, associated with the Myrra Pyke Syndicate Vault.
Myrra Pyke Syndicate Vault Intel Walkthrough
The Pyke Crystal Mine is situated in a restricted area controlled by the Pykes. Even if you achieve an Excellent reputation with them, a section of this area will still remain off-limits.
| 1 | Sneak Into the Pyke Crystal Mine |

 From the Crystal Mine's landing pad, head straight, then turn left and go down the slope. Proceed to your right until you reach the entrance of a restricted area. Walk up to the wall and you will see panels on the right side. Use them to climb up. |

| 2 | Hide in the Tall Grass |
 Once you have jumped down, hide in the tall grass and take down a patrolling Pyke member. They will drop a Pyke Crystal Mine Keycard. |

| 3 | Disable Cameras and Alarms |
 Continue forward and Slice into the computer to disable the cameras and alarms. Keep to the right as you proceed. Your destination is the guarded Vault located at the very end. |

| 4 | Wait For Guards to Leave |
 Once you reach the entrance to the vault, hide in the tall grass and wait for the three patrolling guards to leave the area. |
|
| 5 | Sneak Past and Open the Vault |
 Sneak past the guard left by the entrance and use the Pyke Crystal Mine Keycard to disable the red barrier on the vault. |
|
| 6 | Steal the Vault Keycard |
 You will find Theumati's Vault Keycard on top of a table next to the Treasure container in the room. |
