How to Unlock The Mercenary

The Mercenary Location
You must first complete the Expert Intel to locate The Mercenary and start the Expert Quest. The Expert Intel will be added to your Journal and Map after visiting the Domak Refectory during The Safecracker.
To start progressing The Mercenary, proceed to the Domak Refectory in Kijimi as shown in the image above!

The Mercenary Intel Walkthrough
| 1 | Go to the Domak Refectory in Kijimi |

 To start the Expert Intel, The Mercenary, go to the Domak Refectory in Kijimi and then talk to the Bartender. |

| 2 | Go to The Mercenary |
 After talking to the Bartender, go to the marked objective in-game. The objective will lead you to Rooster Trace, The Mercenary. |

The Mercenary Expert Quest Walkthrough
| 1 | Find the Homing Beacon |
|---|---|
 Look for the homing beacon in the asteroid field near the Kijimi Orbit. You can find the beacon by following the opened box icon whenever you scan the asteroid field, or wait for the quest objective marker to show up. |

| 2 | Defeat the Imperial Convoy |
 Go to the North Jundland Wastes in Tatooine and speak to Rooster to set up the ambush against the Imperial Convoy. Use the weapons scattered across the area to have an easier time dealing with Stormtroopers. |
|
| 3 | Speak to Rooster |
 Speak to Rooster after the fight to finish The Mercenary. |

Unlocks Rooster Trace, The Mercenary
Rooster Trace, The Mercenary, will teach you abilities related to pick-up weapons, Nix, adrenaline, and the Trailblazer.

Completing the expert quest, The Mercenary, also unlocks Can I Try That? which allows Kay to use a broader range of Pick-up weapons by learning how to use High Tier Imperial Weaponry.
