The market trader password for Rejected is located in the Market District on Mirogana. Listen in on a conversation between two criminals by a bar. One of them will mention the password to Lalini Ledeno's shop, thus unlocking the Black Market Trader Intel after their conversation.

Only Unlocked After Speaking With Lalini Ledeno First

This Intel will only be unlocked if you speak with the smuggler Lalini Ledeno first without knowing the password, and is not a requirement, but a mere stepping stone to the Black Market Trader Intel.

Speak With Lalini Ledeno in Mirogana

After learning about the password from eavesdropping in the Mirogana Market District, head over to Lalini Ledeno in the back alleys and choose the "A Friend of Arlo" option to resolve the Intel.

This Intel can be unlocked on its own, even without starting the Rejected Intel, simply by listening in on the same NPCs.

Password Also Obtained by Doing the On the Run Intel
