The Pearlescent Froglight is a 1.19 Block that emits light. It is one of three variations of the Froglight, the others being the Ochre Froglight and the Verdant Froglight.

Block Characteristics

Light Level 15
This block emits light, so it can be used to light up rooms and prevent some mobs from spawning depending on the light level.
Blast Resistance Low
Blocks with Low Blast Resistance are easily destroyed by weak explosions like Ghast Fireballs.
Transparency Opaque
This block is completely opaque and will not allow light to pass through. Most mobs can spawn on top of opaque blocks with a few exemptions.
Flammability Not Flammable
Though you can place fire on top or around this block. The block itself will never catch fire.
Piston Interaction Pushed and Pulled by Pistons
This block can both be pulled and pushed by Pistons, Sticky Pistons, and Sticky Blocks, like Honey Blocks and Slime Blocks.

From Warm Frogs Eating Magma Slimes

When a Warm Frog eats a Tiny Magma Slime. It produces a Pearlescent Froglight. Warm Frogs are white-colored Frogs that can be found in Warmer Biomes such as Jungles, Deserts, or Mangrove Swamps.

You can use a Lead to bring a frog near where Magma Slimes can be found. It will perodically eat Tiny Magma Slimes and drop Pearlescent Froglights.

Can Be Used as A Light Source

The Pearlescent Froglight can be used as a Light Source alternative, much like Torches or Glowstone. It emits a Light level of 15 and can be used either as decoration or to stop mobs from spawning in dark areas.
