Aglaea, Sunday, Trailblazer (Ice), and Aventurine are all Day 5 Trial Characters.
For Enscrolled Crepusculum Day 5, all the trial characters from the previous stages will be available. A team with Aglaea and the Remembrance Trailblazer will be one of your best options for Day 5. Having their summons on the field will allow you to trigger the AoE Stage Buff more often.
With Aglaea as the main DPS, Sunday and the Remembrance Trailblazer can help advance her turns to take down enemies quicker. Meanwhile, Aventurine's shields should be enough to keep the team alive. He can also deal additional damage his Ultimate and Follow-Up Attack.

The Herta, Herta, Robin, and Aventurine are all Day 5 Trial Characters.
Alternatively, you can use a team with both versions of Herta as your main damage dealers. Since they're Erudition characters, they will also synergize well with the AoE Stage Buff and allow you to deal more damage to the Elite enemies every time it's activated.
For your supports, Robin can provide buffs for the whole team and allow them to immediately take action. You can also slot in Aventurine as your sustain unit so that he can protect the team while also providing extra damage against enemies.
Day 5 Best Stage Buffs

In Enscrolled Crepesculum Day 5, it's recommended that you go with Additional DMG and AoE Attack as these provide more consistent effects that can often be triggered during the battle.
How to Beat A Bellow from the Brave
Keep Your Damage Dealers Buffed
To maximize your damage output, you'll want to make sure that your main damage dealers are buffed or remain in their enhanced states. Use your supports to maintain the DMG boosts within your party and advance their turns as needed.
Use AoE Attacks as Much as Possible
Use AoE attacks whenever you can. The more enemies you can hit simultaenously, the more damage the Elite enemy can receive from the AoE Stage Buff. You only need to defeat the Elite enemy to clear a wave, so try to keep them at the center of your attacks.
Take Out the Final Boss Summons
The Giver, Master of Legions, Lance of Fury is the final boss in the last wave of the stage. Use your AoE attacks to take out its summons as fast as possible while still keeping the main boss within range. Clearing out these spears will also decrease the HP of the main boss.
