Hanu's Adventure stages have two modes, Shallow and Deep, that have two difficulties. To clear these stages, you must find all the Origami Birds within an area.
Hanu's Adventure Shallow Dreamscape Guide
How to Complete Shallow Dreamscape Difficulty 1
- Step 1: Talk to Your Cellmate
- Step 2: Interact with the Rocket to Teleport
- Step 3: Run to the Origami Bird
- Step 4: Talk to the Origami Bird
Talk to Your Cellmate
After entering the stage, the first step is to talk to the Cellmate NPC beside the TV. Then, interact with the TV in order to morph into Hanu.
Interact with the Rocket to Teleport
As soon as you spawn, use Hanu Vision immediately to see the enemies' field of vision. After that, interact with the marked rocket to teleport above a vent.
Run to the Origami Bird
After landing on top of a vent, immediately run to the marked location in-game. Use Hanu Vision again to see the enemies' field of vision. You can hide behind the crates if the enemies are about to spot you.
Talk to the Origami Bird
For Shallow Dreamscape Difficulty 1 to end, talk to the Guarding Bird inside the red balloon by yanking it.
How to Complete Shallow Dreamscape Difficulty 2
- Step 1: Use the Rocket to Your Left
- Step 2: Yank the Cowardly Bird
- Step 3: Locate the Second Origami Bird
- Step 4: Yank the Ambitious Bird
- Step 5: Locate the Third Origami Bird
- Step 6: Yank the Peaceful Bird
Use the Rocket to Your Left
After entering the TV, turn to your left and immediately run to the rocket to your Right. Interacting with the Rocket will teleport you to the top of a bookcase.
Yank the Cowardly Bird
After landing on top of a bookcase, walk forward to yank the Origami Bird hiding inside a blue balloon. An interaction between you and the Cowardly Bird will then occur.
Locate the Second Origami Bird
After finding the Cowardly Bird, go down the bookcase using the rocket and run towards the room's right corner. Once you reach the staircase, use Hanu Vision to see the field of view of Mr. Domescreen. Run to the bookcase if you see a clear path to it!
Yank the Ambitious Bird
After passing through the bookcase, yank the Origami Bird hiding inside another blue balloon. An interaction between you and the Ambitious Bird will then trigger.
Locate the Third Origami Bird
After talking to the Ambitious Bird, proceed to the remaining marked location. Before passing through the bookcase, make sure that Mr. Domescreen is not looking at you.
Yank the Peaceful Bird
Once you are halfway through the location of the last Origami Bird, make sure that the other Mr. Domescreen is not looking at you. With this, use Hanu Vision if needed. After arriving at the marked location, yank the Peaceful Bird inside the red balloon.
Shallow Dreamscape Difficulty 2 will then end after your interaction with the Peaceful Bird!
Hanu's Adventure Deep Dreamscape Guide
How to Complete Deep Dreamscape Difficulty 1
- Step 1: Locate the First Origami Bird
- Step 2: Yank the Engineer Bird
- Step 3: Return to Normal Form
- Step 4: Yank the Pioneering Bird
Locate the First Origami Bird
After interacting with the TV, enter the small gate beside it. Once inside the room, use Hanu Vision to see the field of vision of the Mr. Domescreen nearby. When there is a clear path, run towards the first Origami Bird.
Yank the Engineer Bird
After reaching the spot where the first Origami Bird is located, yank it from the blue balloon. A cutscene between you and the Engineer Bird will then trigger.
Return to Normal Form
Next, return to Normal Form by interacting with the TV nearby. After that, run towards the waypoint in-game, which is the location of the second Origami Bird. Use the TV in that area to morph into Hanu again.
Yank the Pioneering Bird
As soon as you morph into Hanu, use Hanu Vision to see the field of view of the Mr. Domescreen nearby. While you can use the rocket in the area to go up the bookcase and drop a vase on it, it is easier to just run straight to the red balloon.
Once you reach the red balloon, yank the Pioneering Bird for an interaction to trigger. Deep Dreamscape Difficulty 1 ends after the cutscene!
How to Complete Deep Dreamscape Difficulty 2
- Step 1: Locate the First Origami Bird
- Step 2: Yank the Brusque Bird
- Step 3: Run Towards the Rocket
- Step 4: Drop a Vase on Mr. Domescreen
- Step 5: Yank the Riddling Bird
Locate the First Origami Bird
After interacting with the TV, enter the small gate nearby. Once inside, go straight to the nearest waypoint. When you reach the pathway with several books at the side, wait for Mr. Domescreen to turn around and then run to the right immediately.
Yank the Brusque Bird
After reaching the spot where the first Origami Bird is located, yank it from the red balloon. A cutscene between you and the Brusque Bird will then trigger.
Run Towards the Rocket
Then, run towards the hole in front of you and then use Hanu Vision as soon as you spot the Birdskull. When there is a clear path towards the rocket, run to it and immediately interact with it.
Drop a Vase on Mr. Domescreen
To make sure that Mr. Domescreen does not spot you when you get down the bookcase, drop a vase on it. When Mr. Domescreen is about to walk into the vase's area of effect, push it down.
Yank the Riddling Bird
After dropping the vase, run to the rocket nearby and then use it. Then, go to the blue balloon and yank the Riddling Bird. As soon as the interaction concludes, Deep Dreamscape Difficulty 2 ends.
