Black Beacon Gameplay
Black Beacon is a mobile action RPG that features many of the familiar bells and whistles of the genre such as character switching, skills, and ultimates.
It features a combo-oriented combat system that focuses on sustaining offensive pressure. Players can chain ranged attacks, displacement skills, and grapples, with mechanics that allow bypassing energy or cooldown requirements under specific conditions.
The game also uses an isometric perspective, offering a tactical overview of the combat. This allows the game to support massive bosses without making it difficult for players to keep track of their movements.
The game will also feature gacha mechanics as its main means to obtain additional characters and weapons.
Black Beacon Story
The game is set in an alternate Earth where players control the Seer, the Head Librarian of the Library of Babel. It is a boundless labyrinth formed by infinite permutations of the human language arranged into a fathomless library. It endlessly rearranges all known human text and knowledge, exhausting all possible combinations of words to depict the past, see the present, and predict the future.
It is there where the Eme-An, a secret organization formed to preserve and study the knowledge within, congregate and protect humanity from other anomalies similar to the library.
