Use Quantum and Ice Characters in the First Half
All of the elite enemies in the first half are weak to Quantum and Ice. You can also bring Lightning characters here since most of the enemies are weak to them.
Use Imaginary and Physical Characters in the Second Half
All of the elite enemies in the second half are weak to Imaginary and Physical. You can also bring Fire and Wind characters here since some enemies are weak to them.
It is also recommended to bring characters that can provide shields, such as Permansor Terrae or Aventurine, in the Second Half since you will be up against the Sweet Gorilla.
How to Beat Stage 9 - Category Mistake
Category Mistake First Half
Destroy War Armor For Energy
The First Half is mainly composed of Furiae enemies, so it is recommended to destroy their War Armor for extra energy generation.
Category Mistake Second Half
Defeat Bartholos For DMG Boost
Try to defeat Bartholos as quickly as possible since defeating it will grant your whole team a DMG Boost buff.
Shield Up Against Sweet Gorilla
Bringing a shielder in the Second Half is recommended due to Sweet Gorilla's presence. Its attacks will rebound against shielded allies and will inflict a DEF Reduction debuff to itself, making it easier to defeat it.
