    If you don't get the dialogue to sell, it is because you haven't opened up the second chest offered. Open it and defeat the foes within it in order to get the dialogue to pop up.

    If you aren't getting the dialog option that means you chose the small chest first, you'll have to end the event by opening the large chest and you'll be able to get the dialog option to sell it to Balaway.

    Weird for some reason I cant get that dialog option to show up
