She can actually do well in boss battles if the boss keeps spamming reinforcements, she can handle ice weak mobs by herself pretty much and E1 and E2 both make her a good skill point regen char for drawn out battles. She should've gotten a B at least

Ppl who think shes good bc she can finish of weak mobs have such bad main dps that they need jer to finish them off innthe first place. The only place where good teammates are actually necessary are bossfights and she sucks in those.

SS Tier character. Herta haters are insane. Use her in Simulated Universe Path of Remembrance, it was practically made specifically for Herta’s kit

Who in the world came up with this tier? She's at the VERY least an A rank. Her follow-up attack is a godsend for everything besides a ST boss fight.

She's at least an A for me, LOL, but then again game8 rated Thoma of Genshin with, like, B/C when there's a way you can play him as a 100% up rate shield. It's not everything, but this tier for Herta does disappoint me.

Is the subpar rating some handover from disappointed closed beta players? It seems extremely disproportionate...

She got C tier are surprising me. I mean, her follow-up AoE helped me a lot (honestly i don't like single target chars in my setup)

Herta, Tingyun, March 4, and Healer works. Because Tingyun will do buff attack and energy charge Herta's ultimate. Herta and March 7th can do followup attacks and freeze damage combo. ^^

I don't know how anybody can put her in C tier. One of my favorite things is clearing Bud of Memories with her and Himeko. If you play it just right, you can get their follow-up attacks to do a chain reaction that basically autoclears multiple runs of it.

I would honestly put her in B tier because she can crowd control so well if you combo her follow-up attacks into her own turn. If you have Yanqing, you can start up some nutty domino effects where you can break with Yanqing, trigger her AoE follow up, use her skill, then follow up again to shred enemies for you team mates to then trigger her follow up attack again.
