Himeko Break Build: LC: After the Charmony Fall Relic: Cavalry if you can get her above 250 break in battle, which won’t be the easiest thing to do, so most likely Thief. Feet Speed. Chest HP%. Secondary stats Break and Speed. Ornament: Talia: Sphere HP% Rope Break - Secondary stats speed and break. The only benchmark stat you need is 145 speed for Talia, everything else is exclusively break. No other attack/damage/fire damage etc stat matters, as break damage doesn’t use any of that.

Even with speed boots on, good luck trying to get the last 14 on substats to get to 135. Game8 fails to put up numbers or details into their recommendations. Just look up CCs on YouTube and they'll provide detailed explanations. KeqingMains is the best place for build guides but it takes a long time for them to get stuff out since they do meticulous research.
