How is there a break dps build on March 7th but not Himeko? Isn't she the best non-limited 5* for break?

Even with speed boots on, good luck trying to get the last 14 on substats to get to 135. Game8 fails to put up numbers or details into their recommendations. Just look up CCs on YouTube and they'll provide detailed explanations. KeqingMains is the best place for build guides but it takes a long time for them to get stuff out since they do meticulous research.

Nobody is bad at what they do but nobody is fantastic either. Leave the fantastic to the limited 5 stars. Bronya is considered the best standard only because she's a harmony character. You can pretty much slot her in any team because well she's a support character. Almost all support characters are going to be flexible.
