Step Guide

Handheld Resource Scanner
To start this quest, you'll have to research and craft the Handheld Resource Scanner under the Exploration Tab in the Research Menu.

Flour Sand Field
With the Handheld Resource Scanner, find a Flour Sand Field. These look like large, smoky patches of white sand that you can harvest Flour Sand from. Gather 20 Flour Sand from the field.

Silicone Block
Return to your base and use a Small Chemical Refinery to refine the Flour Sand into Silicone Blocks to complete this quest.
