Using the Thief's skill Klepto Clobber gives you a chance to obtain stat seeds directly from specific enemies. Each monster has items that they drop, so you’ll need to repeatedly target the enemies that can yield seeds.

Some stat seeds are classified as rare drops and cannot be stolen, even if the monster normally allows stealing. These items only appear in the post-battle drop results, meaning the only way to obtain them is to fully defeat the enemy and hope for the drop.
Field Exploration
Stat seeds can be found while exploring the world, including inside regular or locked treasure chests, orange sparkly spots, breakable objects like barrels and pots, and searchable furniture such as closets and drawers.
Monster Drops
Certain monsters have stat seeds as their item drops. The drop rates though are random, meaning you’ll need to repeatedly defeat the same enemies until the seed drops.
This method works, but it’s slow and inconsistent compared to other options since if you're overlevelled, Field Attacks can become Sudden Strikes, instantly defeating the monsters in the overworld.

Farm Stat Seeds From The Almighty in Yet Another World
The most efficient method for farming stat seeds becomes available in the post-game. Although from this point, there's not much to do story-wise. By repeatedly defeating The Almighty along with the four elemental spirits in Yet Another World, you’ll receive a random Super Seed after each victory.
After the battle, the game autosaves. Simply return to the title screen, reload the autosave, and rematch the boss. You’ll be fully healed before each fight, allowing for quick, repeatable runs and the farming loop to reset.
Farm Pretty Betsy in the Lucky Panel Minigame
Pretty Betsy is the only stat seed prize in the Hot level of the Lucky Panel minigame. Though you are only limited to three prizes per in game day, you're welcome to rest at an inn and go back to playing the minigame to potentially farm Pretty Betsy.
Though this is an efficient method to farm, there's no other seed you can get from the minigame, so it's only best to do this when you need to increase your charm.
